    I expect a 24 hrs service. But every morning when I call the reception no one was answering. i need to go downstairs just to raise my concern. On the 1st day I understand coz i just beleive it was unintentional. But the scenario was all the same every morning. Not a place to go back specially when having a child. Very inconvenient.
