    There's this one staff that is very rude. He talked rudely to us as if we are not customers. I know that the facility doesn't have any parking space and it was really difficult to find a parking space which we did on our own and talked to the person beside the building and already asked for permission. But this staff called us and talked to us like we didn't get his instruction and talked rudely. The room that they gave us has this smell of like dead rat and I think they are not changing their beddings. It's just that we don't have any choice since we need to have a place where we can stay since our relative is in the hospital nearby.
