Very clean room and the complete site was well tended. The only negative for us was the shower did not drain well and water pooled. Overall experience was positive and in a very popular part of town. Would stay again.

A cozy, comfortable gem! Daily breakfast and happy hour with light snacks. Starbucks coffee was a bonus! Wonderful location! Bike rental made easy. Maria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I traveled solo and stayed in the Attic Room. The room I stayed in is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is a small private bathroom with shower stall. The room doesn't get super cold but the AC keeps it comfortable. (I think a table fan would be a great addition to the room) There is a TV and decent sized mini fridge. No microwave but there is one in the dining area on the first floor. The location is great in proximity to Duval street. Getting to the north side of the island for water sports, etc is a short drive or long-ish walk away. The staff was extremely pleasant, particularly Anthony. The 24-hour Starbucks coffee and filtered water machines are a thoughtful touch, along with the light breakfast served daily in the cute dining area. I did not get a chance to use the pools but they looked very nice.
Anyhow, if you are traveling by yourself, I recommend this place unless: you are super tall, need to be in a 65° room, or have trouble with stairs.
