I did not like not meeting people of the property. The pool was dirty. There was a roach in the microwave. Too many steps.

Room had a strong mildew smell. I opened up the windows and it aired out fairly well. We couldn't get the ceiling fan or ceiling fan light to work. I think remote batteries were dead. The location of the property is great. It was unfortunate we had these issues.

Terrible breakfast. Same every day, often missing items. Last morning no syrup, no bacon, no sausages, no bagels. Staff at the desk not available, sign says “we will be back soon” Card keys stopped working three times

Amazing quaint house, easy parking and we enjoyed our stay! We felt safe and comfortable. We wish the pillows were more comfortable, newer, perhaps the Mattress also. The location is on a busy street and loud vehicles/music do go by at all hours.

They had everything we needed with fridge microwave coffee pot and a very comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower wasnt the best and was comparable to maybe that of a camper. Would still highly recommend as it was very close to the southernmost point of the united states!

Unfortunately, this place does not match the photos. It urgently needs maintenance. The carpet is old and damaged, the shower has no water pressure, the windows are dirty and need painting. I do not recommend it. The housekeeping is ok but the cleaning also leaves something to be desired. The location is excellent.

The room was adorable and spacious. It had everything we needed. Pool? Hot tub was not useable kind of filthy. Not a fan of carpet in room and the futon was stained really bad. It should be removed or deep cleaned

Location is great and bathroom and bed were clean. The carpet was extremely dirty. The water pressure in the shower was dismal. The locks to the building and entry gate did not work, not sure why have locks if they don’t work. Pool looks like a jacuzzi, small. Extremely small room that barely fit the king size bed and small bathroom. Not worth the $300 per night rate.

Our family thought place and location were great. Check in was easy, staff always great providing bath and beach towels. Great location as easy walk to beach and Duval Street which has so many things to do. I did not like the pillows as they were flat, which thought should be better, and maybe just my preference, and think the bathroom could be a little more updated, but was clean, had hot water and great water pressure which is all you need. Somehow I messed up on checkout as my family/I thought had changed to additional day as our plans changed and able to stay additional day, so we were late on checkout and they were gracious to let us back in for 30 minutes and not charge additional day. They were booked otherwise they would of let us stay the additional night. I am very sorry as never had that happen before, but we have had a lot going on family wise lately. We were able to find another room as we are members at a couple of hotels. Hope no hard feelings on the check-out as we would like to go back as still so much more to explore.

Property was very convenient. Easy walk to the Southermost Point and easy walk to Duvall St. The pool is hot tub sized, and it needed to be cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. I was told that was due the aqueduct restricting water flow due to rain the previous night. After checking out, we checked into another place 1 block away and the new place had much better water pressure.

The pool is very small and the pictures are very deceiving. I was under the impression that free bicycles were available but there werent any on site. Overall it is a nice place and i would stay again.

We were in a room on the floor level. Easy access with self check-in was great! We were extending a stay from a wedding event and so we booked this for our extra night. It was perfect for our needs. Host was very responsive. Good communication. Only issue was the ceiling fan was not working and made it warmer in the room though still comfortable we would have liked the fan to help cool.

The house is beautiful, and the fenced garden is perfect for children. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient. The interior reflects the charm of the house and adds to its welcoming atmosphere. However, the house is quite noisy — you can hear every movement, which may affect light sleepers.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute gem! We reserved a family room, which provided plenty of space with a main living room that had a bed and a separate room for the second bed. The kitchen area was well equipped, complete with a small table for us to enjoy our meals. The room had everything we needed, including fresh beach towels every day. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, with a short walk to the beach behind the hotel or about 20 minutes into the main parts of Key West. One thing to note for international travelers: arrange access with the hotel beforehand. We had some trouble getting in initially due to my international service not delivering the required text messages, but the owner was extremely helpful in sorting it out quickly. Overall, this place was amazing and I highly recommend it!

Broken door to bathroom. The coffee machine wasn’t working. Manager wasn’t answering on emails. Cosy place, especially the outdoor area. The “pool” was about the size of two king sized beds.

During my stay, room was dirty, furniture were dusty. On our bedsheets were hairs. After contact with owner of the hotel, we heard that bedsheets were fresh, but we couldn’t agree with that. We took a pictures and send it to the owner. It was uncomfortable. For price what i paid, i’m sorry to say that, but i feel that i wasted my money. I wouldn’t stay there again

This property was not for me. While I understand that Key West has a lot of old homes converted into hotels, I expected a bit more upkeep. There was paint peeling off every wall, the tile in the bathroom was all cracked and the windows didn't close letting bugs into the room. It also advertises that is has a pool, however it's more of an outdoor hot tub that was neither hot as a hot tub should be nor cold like a pool. We decided to leave early and pay for a second property to move to because this one was in such disrepair.

Lovely spot! You can see the southernmost point from the front of the property. Quick walk to the market. No on-site staff but very responsive via messaging. Very clean rooms and nearby coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and bars. This was a last minute booking and didn’t know what to expect. We had what we needed; clean room, clean towels, great location.

Once the check in issues with wi-fi were rectified and a simple room change we were very happy with our stay. Room #303 was to say the least very tiny, id say 125 sq. ft. tops and no shower water pressure. Room #301 was nice sized and well appointed. We will return when possible. Cloelse to Duvall st.

Good location for beach and Duval street. Beautiful period building, but a clear lack of investment in the up-keep. Poor standard of cleanliness (dirty windows, threadbare carpet, dusty skirting boards, knocked about furniture etc). Easy things to fix and would make for a nicer stay.

Very nice local place, right by the beach. Clean, calm and very confortable. Only negative point was the 2 complementary bicycles, both had the pedals broken, couldn’t use it. Over the phone, the gentleman offered us to refund the rental we have to do, nice gesture and that was enough, we didn’t ask for! Will go back there for sure!
