All in all a good stay in Hilton, lovely room and staff were great. The rainforest shower head is amazing!
I think your dry cleaning policy is horrendous - near $120 Aud for 6 t shirts, one shorts and 3 underwear
Shirts weren’t even ironed properly..
I pay less when I stay at Hilton in Sydney Australia

We wish to commend Mr Ryan for his outstanding care and professionalism. As my father-in-law was not feeling well and required medical attention, he made us feel fully supported, and we are very grateful for his kindness and empathy.
