We stayed for five nights, and our experience was truly pleasant. We really enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the staff. The food was good, and the complimentary laundry service was a great bonus. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the lobby before our late-night flight. Thank you, Atour Shenzhen, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We stayed for 3 nights and room was quiet despite being on 2nd floor. Great value for money and round the clock laundry service. Train station entrance located around 50meters from hotel entrance.

Very pleasant stay at Atour Hotel! From the moment I arrived until check-out, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very hospitable. I especially liked the lounge with complimentary beverages and popcorn, the choice of pillows, and even free supper — such thoughtful extras. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I loved the modern bathroom with a smart toilet that automatically opens, flushes and closes. I was totally spoilt by it — especially after encountering quite a few squat toilets outside the hotel!🫩 The location is convenient, just a short walk from Lianhuacun Metro Station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen. There isn’t much shopping right beside the hotel, but it’s very easy to take the metro everywhere. There are also plenty of eateries just behind the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again!
