I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, and I would be happy to stay here again.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the soundproofing. At times, I could hear doors closing in the neighbouring rooms and children making noise in the corridor. It wasn’t a major issue, but better sound insulation would make the stay even more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel comfortable. One area for improvement would be the air-conditioning, as it produced noticeable noise during the night. Reducing the noise would make the room even more comfortable for guests.

Location Excellence: We were there for a learning experience and a major advantage for learning delegations. The hotel sits in the heart of Futian, close to metro access, innovation districts, shopping, and business ecosystems making movement efficient for immersion visits and CX observations. One of the defining highlights of the experience was the exceptional way the hotel leadership team came together to prepare and host our farewell dinner for the delegation of 17 guests. The Hotel Manager and Restaurant Manager demonstrated remarkable attentiveness, coordination, and hospitality in ensuring that the evening felt warm, seamless, and memorable. What stood out was not only the quality of the dinner itself, but the intentional effort behind the experience from the preparation and atmosphere to the attentiveness shown to the group throughout the evening. Equally commendable was the presence of another member of the management team who hosted the dinner with such grace, professionalism, and genuine engagement. Their visibility throughout the evening elevated the experience beyond service delivery into true hospitality. The team made the delegation feel welcomed, valued, and personally cared for rather than simply accommodated.

For a hotel positioned within a global innovation city like Shenzhen and catering to international business travellers, the payment ecosystem felt surprisingly restrictive and overly dependent on localized system. There was also an initial concern regarding a charge for a soiled pillow despite the scale and value of the group booking, which included a suite and multiple rooms. From a customer experience standpoint, the situation initially felt overly transactional relative to the broader guest relationship.However, what ultimately stood out positively was the manager’s discretion and responsiveness in later waiving the charge.

Restaurant , the staffs /chiefs in the restaurant are not quite professional, and rude . i even saw one staff using the ladle for tasting the source by his mouth directly and put the ladle back to the source pot then I lost my appetite immediately…. The restaurant needs to pay attention on the hygiene in the kitchen, no even mention it is a opened kitchen…
