This lovely property sits in the hills of Istria just waiting for its moment to shine. And it does not disappoint. The owners have carved a modern boutique hotel into what appears to have been a well situated former farmhouse. They kept all the quaint characteristics intact while making the space comfortable any cozy for guests. And stay for the delicious dinner which is lovingly paired with local wines - outstanding!

From the moment we arrived until we left we were looked after by the excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a very pretty hotel with a lovely pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and very well ran. We stayed by the pool most of the time as it was so hot and we had very good service for drinks, lunch etc. by the pool.
All in all an excellent hotel and staff and we certainly plan to return.

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
