This lovely property sits in the hills of Istria just waiting for its moment to shine. And it does not disappoint. The owners have carved a modern boutique hotel into what appears to have been a well situated former farmhouse. They kept all the quaint characteristics intact while making the space comfortable any cozy for guests. And stay for the delicious dinner which is lovingly paired with local wines - outstanding!

Perfect quiet small Hotel with wonderful poolarea, great surrunding landscape.
Very good Restaurant gor Dinner.
Excellent breakfast with Frusts from geh Garden. Very Short Drive to the brächest and golfcourse

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
