The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more special. The rooms are very clean, and the location couldn’t be better; just one block from the train station. I will definitely come back!

Location close to the airport bus which is a plus especially when you had multiple large luggage that you don’t have to go up and down to catch the train finding an elevator and riding on a crowded train. Easy access to the JR station. The room is small and is difficult to open up two luggage at the same time if you do not have the open top luggage type. The hotel entrance is hard to find and the lobby is on the 4th floor which has no clear sign as you walk into the building.

Room is relatively small, toilet sink is leaking, generally ok but it is expected to be better though

staffs very nice,esp the young lady in short hair(I forgot her name)
I came from U.K and the staffs can communiate well with us, much appreciated.
The location is billiant as well! have bus stop to airport and disneyland nearby!
Recommend it and will stay there again when we vist tokyo again next time
