Reef Gateway Apartments

First time the family and I stayed at Reef Gateway Apartments and we were not impressed with the condition of apartment five especially paying $***for one night. Negatives: Rear single entrance gate code did not work, the host failed to return my phone call so we could obtain the correct code, the blue loungesuite was covered in stains and is in urgent need of a professional clean, the television remote was sticky to touch, the toilet roll holder was broken, bedside table was missing a handle, the ceiling light in the bathroom was missing a bulb, the air-conditioning remote control bracket in the spare bedroom was falling away from the wall, the air-conditioning remote was missing the battery cover, the plastic coating on one of the drawers to the bathroom vanity unit was cracked, no coat hangers in both bedroom cupboards, no blackout curtains. Pros: well stocked cooking equipment in the kitchen, secured parking, strong water pressure, comfortable beds. This apartment needs some TLC to bring it back up to scratch to warrant customers paying $***per night.
