Nothing to complain about with this property.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and warm. Belinda was really helpful during our stay. It was a nice 20 minute stroll into town along the esplanade. There was a nice pub around the corner.

We stayed 7 nights and loved it. Very impressed with how clean the place was (well done to the cleaning staff, the place was spotless) mid stay tidy up with fresh towels, toilet paper etc, the beds are comfortable, the pool excellent, there is a bbq for guests and overall could not fault the place. Highly recommend for those looking for a lovely, clean and comfortable place which is affordable and close to town (10 minute walk to edge of town or 2 bus stops to middle of town for 50 cents)

The facilities provided were as advertised. It was an attractive site close to the city. The Washing Machine and dryer worked well. The site has very good security and was very well maintained. The air conditioners and the kitchen fridge and dishwasher worked well. The parking was under cover, easy to enter and leave and during the night the main gate is closed so good security. Use of a key fob to drive in at the main gate afterhours is good. It was quiet enough although the Cairns Base Hospital is nearby, so you get some ambulance noise from that. The outside grounds and pool area appeared very well maintained and attractive. Good amount of kitchen supplies provided and the crockery, cutlery and equipment were good. The lighting was good in the unit.

Didn't speak to any staff member the whole week. Nobody came to see if we were happy while we were there although there was a staffed office during daytime hours. Cleanliness inside the unit really let them down badly. The unit was dusty/grimy like it hadn't seen a thorough cleaning for a while.....human hair behind the door in the bathroom! We found that the bed protector under the sheets had some yellow liquid stains and hadn't been washed or replaced. The fan over the bed was squeaky so we had to turn it off at night to sleep. Sometime in the past they must have had a flood of water at the washing machine since the laundry doors and the bathroom door wood had expanded at the bottom from soaking up the water and had not been replaced so the wood had stayed expanded out, made it look poorly maintained. We were on the second floor and there is no lift, only stairs. No fun with heavy bags to get up and down. Don't know how someone with mobility issues would handle it. Only one thin blanket was provided for the bed. There were ants on the kitchen bench that we had to keep food away from and we were on the second floor!!
