I had booked here so we would have easy access to our trip to Monaco for the F1 Race, but found it really was not the best location, even though it had been recommended. I had tried to book with my Amex card, but they sent me a note telling me they did not accept that credit card even though it is on their brochure. Most importantly- The hotel website and brochure both stated they had a shuttle service to the train station, which we found out was false. This is one reason I booked with them, so we’d have easy access to the train station, and now we were stuck! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, but the location was not the best cause it was about a mile from city center and train station. Thought it would be nice to be near the water, but Unfortunately they were also working on the beach with construction, so not easily accessible. The hotel breakfast was only sweets and caffe/juice and cost extra $$, which I thought was too much considering the price of the room was not cheap. The worst part of our stay was how difficult it was to get a taxi back to the train station & it was too far for us to walk with our luggage. Big thanks to our desk clerk “Chantelle”, who had to call the taxi service for us several times to even get them to come pick us up. Then once we did get a ride of 1 Mile the driver charged us double what it cost when we had our initial ride f

Everything was good for a budget hotel. If you use iPhone you need to login to the wifi a different way. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes or so to the train. They provide a shuttle if you request one. Staff is very friendly

The whole building shakes all night from trains. The staff are enough to drive you to another country. And, the aircon doesn’t work at all. Not even after several phone calls.

Tough to find and get directions as desk folks spoke little English. We roamed awhile trying to find off a late evening train. Neighborhood was a little rough around the edges but hotel was clean, Family friendster and Workers wall once we Found It for a kayover until morning train to Venice. Good 15-20 min Walmart to train station.

We arrived late on the train. This is NOT close to the train station like it appears on the map. It was 3/4 of a mile away and you basically have to take a taxi because it didnt look nice enough to walk at 10pm at night. We arrived and the front desk guy was not thrilled to have us. He was very short with us and tried not to speak a whole lot. The room was a gross vinyl tile floor that I was scared to walk barefoot on. It just was a very dated hotel (however the common areas and outside make it look amazing). We checked out the next morning early and again, the same snooty front desk guy was less than helpful. I would probably try to find somewhere else to stay if we did this area again.

it is a good hotel and location, but something not usual applies, even the reservation is full paid, they charge you again mentioning that they will avoid and null the prepayment, so I have to check if the refund was made

It was hard to find and my directions were not very clear but once I found it everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The hotel had sattelite TV so we were able to watch TV in English. Very close to the Beach. Across the street from McDonalds.
