Family of 5 staying overnight for a funeral. Pleasant and efficient staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The hotel was quiet, hallways clean. The pull out couch mattress was thin, but kids slept fine on it. The pool was chilly first thing in the morning, but the kids enjoyed it anyway.

Room was ok but the sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when we opened the bed. The clean sheets were in the bag in the closet so the staff did not take the dirty sheets off the sofa bed. Also had to wait for the front desk person to finish her smoke brake before I got checked in. Also I called to confirm my reservations on Monday before my stay on Saturday they confirmed I had adjoining rooms. Checked in Saturday and no adjoining rooms just next door. I specifically called to get them they confirmed but I did not get the adjoining rooms. So was not happy about that.

You get what you pay for. Stayed a week there. They only change towels. Don't clean the room at all while you're there. Don't change the sheets at all. They knock on your door at 10am to get the towels.

Staff was very friendly! The hotel was a little run down and needs updating. You could hear every footstep above us so the first night there was rough and we didn’t get much sleep. The area and Pennsylvania mountains around were lovely.

Awful night! At 1:00 am the guests next door tried entering our room. They were loud and ?? Drunk or on “something” ?? At 3:00 I heard the worst sounds of someone vomiting that sounded like an exorcism!!! It went on for quite some time. I couldn’t sleep after that!! The staff was great!! Unfortunately the situation next to our room was NOT!!

It was a nice stay for a weekend trip to delgrosso with the family. The pool was small, the rooms are nice and big. We stayed there specifically for the pool even though we were going to delgrosso we wanted the kids to be able to be active during our stay so the pool was nice for that and our boys used the fitness room. The front desk agent was awesome. Would or will stay again.

Everything was great for a one night business stay. Perhaps the one area for improvement would be the breakfast. Had some options, just didn’t love it. But the whole place was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
