Location and Five Star staff

The sheer curtains on the window are in need of replacement. Not a game changer but does look a bit shabby. Other than that, everything was fine as usual.

All good here. Everything is fine and accommodating, from my experience.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating - from the front desk clerk to housekeeping! Love that there were no incidental fees held up front. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great!

Our room was outdated. You could smell cigarettes on the curtains. The wall next to the shower was chipped and looked moldy. The shower was broken so there was no way to turn the shower part off or on and the shower had no liner, just a thin curtain, so the water came right out of the shower and all over the floor. We also had a lamp over the sofa but no plug near by so it was totally dark in that part of our room. The bed was hard and hurt my hips! My husband woke up Sunday with a pinched nerve in his arm/shoulder. It felt like we were sleeping on milk crates. The bed also only had twin size pillows and it was a king size bed.
