We stayed here as we was heading to Chester zoo. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. The room was great but we did find dog poo bags out of the window which someone had left and it had not been noticed by the cleaning staff. It was rectified immediately. The only issue was I did not know they did not accept cash. The facilities were fantastic. We could swim anytime or use the gym. Overall I would definitely come back. Relaxing & quiet and close to everything.

We stayed for one night here! It’s definitely a 3 star hotel! But you get what you pay for! The reception we received from Lindsey on the desk was exceptional and really helpful! The room was basic and could do with a bit of an upgrade but for what we paid was very good! Not many plug sockets in the room the beds were a little tired and it could do with a bit of a deep clean!! But on the whole we had an enjoyable stay!! Thanks again to Lindsey who made the stay brilliant!!!
