    I stayed in a non-smoking family room with my three kids. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the decor is dated, but the family room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly., especially Clive. The breakfast was really tasty - my kids loved the croissants and watermelon slices. We also used the pool, which also had a hot tub too. The accommodation was great value and if I was in the area again I would gladly book it again.

    This lovely spa hotel was a last minute booking as we walked out of a previous hotel. On arriving Sam on the front desk was lovely and upgraded us to a fabulous suite. Staff lovely place lovely food lovely what else can I say. Oh yes Geraldine lovely too😁😁

    What a beautiful hotel very pretty and ornate looks historical and decorated to suit. staff were lovely very helpful, left me a lovely little note on arrival a beautiful touch

    The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a positive. Unfortunately, the room itself felt very dated and could really do with some refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn and the room generally looked tired. The bed was okay and comfortable enough for one night, but nothing special. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and unreliable, which was frustrating. Overall, the staff were nice and it was manageable for a one-night stay, but the hotel is in need of refurbishment and better Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
