    I had a wonderful experience at Al Marwa Rayhaan Hotel, Makkah. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made our stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. Idrees, the Restaurant Manager, for his friendly attitude, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. I would also like to appreciate Ms. Jawahra, who welcomed us with a beautiful smile and was always cooperative and helpful. Their warm hospitality and positive attitude truly made a difference. I highly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service and hope the management will recognize their efforts. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience memorable!

    ​I have booked through Agoda multiple times, but this stay was an absolute letdown. The reality of the room at Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana is completely opposite to how it is advertised. ​Despite paying an additional amount for an upgrade, the room and washroom are cramped and tiny. To make matters worse, there is a persistent, unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the carpet is visibly dirty and poorly maintained. This is nowhere near five-star quality. ​When we raised these issues with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful and completely uncooperative in resolving the problem. As a returning guest who expected basic cleanliness and professional hospitality, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until they address their hygiene standards and customer service.
