    Warm welcome. As had challenged mobility breakfast was kindly served in my bedroom. However 4 steps up to hotel and 2 steps without banister in hotel to ground floor rooms. Not recommended for someone with challenged mobility. Also bed was uncomfortable as the bedframe is broken. One of the bed legs is broken as can be clearly seen in the attached photo. Unfortunately this affects the mattress and made it very hard- even harder than a normal orthopedic mattress. As such hard to get good night's sleep. Also the walls to the hotel are very thin so you can hear neighbouring rooms.

    We had a wonderful time in this special B&B in a lovely location in Southsea, brilliant friendly staff who go the extra mile for you and also a fabulous breakfast cooked to order the next morning, have already rebooked for our annual Southsea Christmas trip, cannot recommend this place enough 😊
