    Good location for all OFW who have kids studying in University Belt. Only the parking issues, but if you are into GRAB/ UBER. this are is good

    Quiet airco, pool ok, bed a bit hard. Good tv with international documentaries. Location 200m from sky train and busses. Many facilities and mall at 100m

    I believe a review should be an honest account of your stay, in order to help others, as well as the hotel, to improve (if relevant). I booked this hotel as it was out of the centre of the city, and as such hoped for a quiet night's sleep and a lie-in, with the generous 12pm checkout. Sadly, I was woken at 8am by noise directly outside my room by the maid, no doubt just doing her job, but being very noisy in the process. My 'Do Not Disturb' was clearly displayed and should indicate sensititivity in their role. The banging about, shouting down the corridor to her colleague and the walkie talkie on a loud volume, was all not pleasant. I politely told the hotel reception staff as I left. The lack of sleep affected the rest of my day. How I did not get a headache was a 'bonus'. I do hope this helps.

    The bed was too hard for me. Had asked for quiet room and still there was a grotesque amount of noise from the street, housekeeping, ambulance sirens, screaming child in other room, and a whining noise from what sounded like a high-pitch blowdryer for hours at a time. The in-room safe could be carried away. Pool access required walking many stairs.
