    My family of 4 spent 2 nights staying in the hotel. We arrived late after a long drive. Hotel staff was friendly and able to communicate in English without problem. Check-in process was smooth. Onsen on 3/F was great. My booking came with breakfast and the restaurant was big enough that we didn't need to wait at all to get seated. Free parking was available within the hotel premises, close enough to main entrance. We did have some challenge to find restaurants for dinner, which required us a 10-15 min drive and we were not quite sure why many restaurants were closed during the 2 nights of our stay. The room was clean and spacious enough for my family. It's a good hotel and other travelers should consider.

    First two nights in non-smoking room were $*** each - exceptional value. Second two would have been $*** for the same room, but got a similar smoking room for $*** that didn't stink of smoke. Good value if you get the right price. Breakfast not included - buffet only at 3000 yen. Limited dinner menu if you don't opt for the 7000 yen buffet. Great location overlooking the lake. Hot spring bath available, but not my thing so I didn't use it.

    Spacious room with all amenities. The location is beautiful and convenient for the nearby national park.

    Was there for one night. Got a room on level 4 (lowest level for all the rooms). Could not see any lake view from room window. Furniture was old and bidet was not working. Aircon was not cold as well. The bed is the old and springy type (you can feel the spring when you lie on the bed). The luggage storage area couldn’t fit my luggage, and there’s not much available space left (had to open it on the sofa). Tried to ask if they have hose for car wash (car wash dirty after driving long distance), but they did not have. All in all, it’s more like a place to just sleep and move on. Only good thing is, it’s near bihoro pass. Nothing impressive. Will not choose to stay there again.
