About this apartment rental
very pleasant apartment located in an elegant context, within a complex with a large condominium garden with beautiful plants and very nice, with a tennis court and games for children. The house is so perfect for families with children because it is located on the sea front. It enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf of Tigullio, and two comfortable balconies overlooking the green with possibility to have lunch on the balcony overlooking the sea. You can forget the car because 2 steps from the harbor and town center and opposite the bus stop which leads to other beaches and Portofino. Due to its location, it is quiet, bright and cool in summer. Recently renovated with taste where the predominant white is practical and functional. Cool even in furniture, with pleasant lounge good size, is equipped with kitchen, 3 comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and both with window. Have a nice stay! Available household linen, over 3 people will be asked for a contribution for washing and ironing
