Small rooms, sink outside the bathroom that i find weird???? Rooms are a bit rund down, hard beds and rooms are not very sound proof. Its decent overall, wish there was a fridge in the room.

Only stayed for 1 night and it was great. We opted for a smoking room which came with a very large open area perfect to relax and chill in the evening after our eventful day. Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower was very small felt a bit claustrophobic as there was no glass just a shower curtain. The sink was outside the bathroom which did work for us especially if one of us was using the shower etc. The only issue I found was the door to the bathroom was of a glass which wasnt see through but you could sort of see the other person which was strange and there was no lock which meant my toddler was able to open it especially if one of us was inside. Close to the metro station which was a plus point. Wasnt in a congested area again plus point. Parking was in another location about 5 mins away which was fine for us and it was secure.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait 25 minutes before checking in. The room itself was okay, but the third bed made an extremely loud noise, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the area was mostly quiet, we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, which gave a poor impression of the soundproofing. On the first night, the phone in our room rang twice around 1:30 AM. We didn’t answer, as we were confused and quite scared. When we asked reception the next morning, they had no explanation. This made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was also a big disappointment – only baguette, butter, jam and coffee ... were offered. The breakfast area was cramped, located right next to the reception, with only about 15 seats. It felt uncomfortable, and we regretted choosing the breakfast option. Several items listed in the hotel’s advertisement were missing, such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and newspapers. We brought this up with the staff, but nothing was done. At one point, I tried to boil water, and a lot of dirt came out – very unhygienic. We will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.

The hotel was situated on a quiet street and the staff were so nice and helpful. There was only one evening where we head a large party up to about 4AM from the neighborhood. The facilities are excellent although a bit small with the dining area quite busy in the morning. The rooms were well appointed with the bathroom and shower working fine. As noted by others - the rooms are small and could be a bit cramped for two people sharing a standard room with two suitcases. The location is very nice with easy walking to two metro stations and nice neighborhood brasseries, shops, and cafes within ten minute walking.

The staff was welcoming and being a foreigner they were still accommodating. We all tried speaking each others language and that made me feel good and comfortable. There was an older gentleman dark color skin was one of the nicest people in France and that will make us come back in stay. The room was so roomy and comfortable. The windows opened up for us to get some airflow and the shower was a good size. Loved staying here and will be back. It’s not in the more packed locations of Paris but one of my favorite skates shops and restaurants is close by so I was happy.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. I was in Paris for work so I was not spending a ton of time in my room. The only little quirk was that the bathroom was quite small and it was a little tricky to get into the shower without getting the floor in the bathroom very wet. It was manageable but a bit of a weird room layout choice. Overall though, my stay was pleasant.

The room size is quite small and definitely not large enough for two people. The sink was actually not in the bathroom as there wasn't enough room to accomodate it inside the bathroom. Also, the glass shower door should always be pushed into the shower stall because it will hit the toilet bowel if the door is pulled outward. Be aware that your door key cards will become inactive early the next day of your checkout. We awoke early on our checkout day so that we could go out and have a great breakfast at 9 AM. We were going to leave our bags in the room but found that our keys did not work. Because of this we were forced to leave our bags in a somewhat secure area alongside the chechin desk. I thought that we had the room until the noon checkout, SURPRISE!

The location was great in a neighbourhood where Parisians live but convenient to tourist sites. Rooms were clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Down side is rooms are extremely small- difficult for 2 people. Poorly designed space so there is nowhere to put anything. Shower hot and good pressure but leaks and floor was wet. Drinking water not replenished daily. Overall well located and clean. Good for 1 person but I wouldn’t stay there again with 2 people. Also seems overpriced for what you get

The hotel is just a block away from metro station. The area is peaceful and has several restaurants, cafes and bakeries within 5 minutes walk. Our room is clean, the bed is comfy, and has daily house keeping service.

The hotel, while on the pricey side, offered comfortable accommodation. Conveniently located near a metro station, it's in a non-touristy area of the city. Although it took a bit longer to reach the city center/right bank, the hotel's surroundings had great dining options and a supermarket across the street. The hotel is also on a quiet street. While the initial interaction with the man at check-in were slightly condescending (very French) and not being able to pay the city tax with cash, the evening and check-out receptionist were very nice. The room size was on the smaller side but was clean and gave off a modern vibe, but at the same time slightly run down with wear and tear. The sofa bed was comfortable, but showed significant damage. There were also a few maintenance issues like burnt-out bedside lamps and cove lights. Storage and hanging space were somewhat limited, but this was balanced by the bright and spacious bathroom, complete with lovely amenities. There was a Nespresso coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water, but the absence of a kettle was noted and would have been a nice addition. While there were a few areas that could use improvement, the stay was ultimately positive!
