    Our stay was pleasant with Holiday Villa, never disappointed us. The access to food, beach and pool is great. The surrounding is well kept overall. The staffs were friendly, efficient! The rooms accommodated 3 pax with extra bed. The view was spectacular! Great for couples,families!! We will come back again!

    This hotel like all hotels has pros and cons. Starting with the pros: the property has an excellent beachfront location and as you walk along the beach you realise that the beach has nicer access than some of the other hotels on this strip of beach. The pool is also huge so it never feels crowded. As for some of the negatives, the property would benefit greatly from a property wide refresh. While staff keep everything very clean it is showing its age. With a refresh the hotel could probably charge a higher rate. The price per night now seems slightly high for the current rooms as they are, old beds and sofa etc. there was also something that I really didn’t like that this hotel does which is charging to use the infinity pool that faces the beach .. like how can this not be included for paying guests? I can understand charging outside guests who may want to use the facilities. So all in all if you can grab this place for a lower nightly rate and are not bothered by a more dated property then you have a lovely beach and at least the use of an enormous pool included.

    After a hectic flight, we received a warm welcome. They generously accommodated 3 adults and 2 children in a spacious, clean Studio king room with no extra fees, and included 5-star breakfast for all of us. Between the nice balcony view, peaceful surroundings, and amazing staff attitude, it felt just like home.

    I stayed here with my family, including an infant. Everything was fine until late at night when the AC drainage system started leaking. Water dripped continuously, flooding the clothes storage rack and soaking our clothes. Even more concerning, the water was leaking through an electrical circuit board, which created a serious safety hazard. We called the reception immediately, but it took around 20 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive. During that entire time, the leak continued, causing more damage and increasing the safety risk. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a prompt and helpful response from the staff. In a situation involving water leakage and electrical equipment, I expected immediate action. Unfortunately, the response was far too slow, and the issue was not handled with the urgency it deserved.
