    The hotel has a holiday vibe and has a beach. The compound is spacious for walking and watching sunset.

    Booked this a year in advance so was able to get a really good rate on a prima suite which really made the stay excellent. Superb room plus free access to the infinity pool. We ate most nights at the Glass bar. Lovely people and great food. The beach bar was just as good but they decided to limit the wine promotion to exclude that bar otherwise we would have been 50/50. Breakfast had enough choice to make it last a week. Staff throughout were so attentive. There is one question though. The infinity pool is gorgeous. Why would you move a great big awning to be directly in front of the pool so cancelling 30% of the view? You can see on my second photo. Bad move if you ask me. Anyway thank you to all especially Viola at the Glass bar. Would return and would recommend

    It was a pleasant stay till the 3rd night .. The Air-Con shut down in middle of the night !! The staff & management knew about the Central Air-Con break-down but did not 'border' to inform the guests the next day. Only when we enquired -we were told about the break-down & that it will be fix on the 4th Night. It wasnt fix and the management again DID NOT INFORM the guests (us) or OFFER to change Room or even provide a Standing Fan (being proactive Host). We again endured the night without Air-Con. I wondered what is the Hotel Policy ? I would have thought that the Guest comfort will be on top of the lists. I approached the Reception the next morning and they only provide an apolgy. You cannot always hide under 'An Apolgy' when NO EFFORT is taken to help your 'paid guest'. Its not pleasant to write this Review.. hope that things will change especially 'Treating your Guest'
