Very friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious

We had a great stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The location is excellent, right in the center, about a 9-minute walk from the train station, and steps from a charming piazza with sunset views and access down to the beach. It’s directly across from the Cloister of San Francesco and next to a beautiful church, which adds a lot of character. The hotel itself feels like a historic palazzo, with a romantic atmosphere, multiple sitting rooms that are beautifully decorated and a lovely outdoor area surrounded by blooming lemon and orange trees. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they can also help with arranging overnight parking if you have rented a car for a few days to drive around amalfi coast. Since parking in the historic center is nearly impossible, they offer valet-style service for €23 per night, which was very convenient. Our room was very clean and nicely designed, and well equipped with a kettle, free tea, coffee, water, as well as a hairdryer and iron. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but fine for a short stay. Rooms are on multiple levels separated with a few steps but there is also a tiny elevator if needed that stops on some levels. Breakfast was excellent, with a great mix of sweet and savory options. The fresh cakes, especially the orange, carrot, and almond cake, were outstanding. It’s €15 per person if not included in your booking and totally worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Front desk people were very pleasant and smiling and attended our needs immediately. Very clean rooms beautiful lobby breakfast reasonably good. Close to market beaches. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting sorrento
