This was an excellent hotel, sadly the building has not been looked after. The staff do their best, but they can only do so much in the face of an obvious lack of interest in investing by the owners. The lifts were noisy and they don't all serve all floors. The rooms are secondary quadruple glazed, so it is very quite. The top floor swimming pool is a great idea, though 3/4 of the lights didn't work.

Bad general service from the staff and a breakfast that only contained cakes is the summary of our experience. As we where leaving for Milan Central, the shuttle service suddenly made two un announced stops dumping us at subway 30 minutes late. This lead us to miss our train, costing us 190 Euros.

Let me start by saying that the staff are absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful. I had a couple of minor issues while I was there and they were understanding, helpful and efficient. Sadly there is a but. I was there for an exhibition at Rho Fierra. And yes there is a Shuttle, but you have to book it a day or so in advance which is fine but not very convenient. Public transport is too far away (more shuttle rides) so you would be reliant on taxis which are not easily obtainable in that area. The rooms (I was in two) of them are visually appealing but a chair mounted on a stand with four metal sprigs next to the bed is not great when you visit the bathroom at 3.00am (stubbed toes!). The shower is clumsy and there is nowhere to put your suitcase. I sometimes wonder if the people who design these rooms ever stay in them. And sadly the breakfast, maybe because of Covid, was not what I was expecting - very disappointing compared with previous Italian breakfasts I have enjoyed in the past.

This stay unfortunately turned out to be a disappointment. This was the 5th hotel for us in Italy during the Covid season of 2020. We understand that the COVID situation impact service, but this was a bit to much. We looked for hotel around Milan area and found The Hub, which we choose since there was a fitness center and a pool. We came to workout and swim, and other hotels that we had visited in Italy had their gym and poolareas open. On checkin we got informed that gym/pool was closed down. When we booked it said that theese facilities had opened up again. We asked in checkin if we due to this could get a discount. We had to pay 20€ for parking (our car was the only one in the huge garage.) so our suggestion was to at least get this included. All we got was a 5€ discount on the parking. If we new this we would instead be just as good on any nearby hotel for 2/3 of the price and same standards. Except for above we where happy with our stay, hotel was fresh, food was good enough, and the lady in the reception was very nice otherwise.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Beds and our room was comfortable, but bathroom seems to have some kind of moisture damage on the floor caused by shower. Spa was a nice plus although would need some updating. Food was good!

The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient and the view is horrible. It is situated on the outskirts of Milan near an old motorway/construction area. The room was cold, mattress hard and sheets didn’t seem fresh and clean( ended up sleeping with my personal blanket). The shower was absolutely disgusting, unkept and dripping. The hallway wasn’t well lit and didn’t feel safe. Bar was okay, will not be returning
