    Stayed here recently (Jan 12/25) and like most hotels I had to pay a deposit ($150) along with my room fee. I also paid for overnight parking ($35) when I checked in. I was told this would be deducted from my deposit and the rest would be returned to me. This was a lie. My card has been charged for $150 (not a hold, the payment has now processed) and I did NOT get my $115 refund/return. This is theft, this is fraud. I’ve tried contacting them and they have yet to respond. I’m now having to go through Visa to file a chargeback claim because of their thieving staff. Horrible horrible business practices but with how companies hire nowadays (at least in Canada) I really cannot say I am surprised. Just disappointed, and angry. I highly recommend anyone reading this review stays elsewhere. Don’t let yourself get robbed like I did.

    Good location. Shuttle good. Room fan was terribly loud, off and on. Should have complained they said. Kept us awake.

    A surprisingly inexpensive and luxurious way to prepare for an early morning flight. Convenient and fast free shuttle service. (remember to tip the driver!)
