Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Highly recommended. Once again, having had previously awful experiences, this hotel was excellent on all the metrics which count. Thank you!

We were very lucky to have a family room so we had lots of space. Big bathroom, comfortable bed and nice breakfast as well.

The hotel is clean, practical and inexpensive. The staff is very helpful und friendly. Breakfast is simple but very good value for money. The family rooms have ample space for 4 People. The spacious hall has a playground for kids. Deserves more than 2 stars.
