The hotel met our needs for a 3 day stay

The location was within walking distance of Aurillac's town centre and there was plenty of car parking spaces.

When we arrived on Sunday at around 19.00 the hotel was shut, there was no one on the reception to let us in and our expectation was that the hotel would be open, as when booked through Booking.com it gave the check-in times as 15.00 to 20.00. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor leading to our room and someone had left the door open at the end of the corridor to provide ventilation. The room faced the main road and was hot, as the outside air temperature on some days was around 30 degrees C, there was no air conditioning and opening the window to provide an air flow overnight meant that in the morning you could hear the road traffic.

SUCIEDAD en la habitación, en el baño. Telarañas en techos.Lavabo que no desagua bien, cortina de ducha sucia, plato de ducha y lavabo con restos de suciedad, taza del WC con marcas negras . Una percha de dos q había esta rota. Mobiliario escueto,….. televisor con mando q va mal( pilas??) persiana y ventanas sucias….. todo viejo y sobretodo SUCIO

Baisse de qualité… très nette à tous les niveaux. Restauration de médiocre qualité, propreté de la chambre très relative, petit déjeuner frugal… Des clients bruyants au bar et dans les escaliers. une baisse de qualité très nette .. Est ce du à la reprise récente de l’établissement ?

L'accueil trés sympathique et la chambre sapcieuse.

Chambre très spacieuse, bien au-dessus de ce que j’ai pu voir ailleurs pour le même budget. Magnifique déco, on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise. Je recommande surtout pour l’espace ! 🛏️✨

Franchement, rien à redire, tout s’est super bien passé. Je devais rester une nuit, j’en ai fait deux tellement je me sentais bien. Preuve que j’ai vraiment apprécié, je compte y retourner ! 😍
