Nightmare from Hell. Thank goodness I decided to find another hotel so we could enjoy Paris

I promise you, the rooms, property are not what they appear with the online pictures. False BRAND image. Shame on Booking. Com for allowing this Hotel to post these false pictures Paint, all chipped off walls on elevator door, room doors, bathroom lobby.. we had booked 4 nights. We arrived very late and could not find another hotel until the next day. We checked out . We were they for a special occasion for my daughter. I had written to this hotel months in advance. They never replied. Our stay was magical at another hotel!

Overall a very pleasant stay, we would stay again

The lovely touches such as shower caps, nail file, cotton bud in a pack were added extras that we weren’t expecting but were very grateful for. Water in the room for us on arrival. Very clean! Excellent location. So close to the metro. Staff were so friendly.

The lift, it was very small and it didn’t go to the top floor so we did have to climb stairs.

Nice stay in October

I liked how well cleaned it was and the friendly staff. The hotel is close to both metro and rer trains that lead right into the city and the airport. Also has a very nice park right down the street. The area was safe and had many nice restaurants and cafés.

Can be a bit noisy when you have the windows open because there's a big street nearby. Also a lot of ambulances and police cars passing by.

Good location and breakfast but noise might be an issue.

The location - literally around the corner from a train stop. 24 hour manned front desk. The proximity to the restaurants. The buffet breakfast- pastries, yoghurt, bread, 3 types of granola, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice.

Although it is in a great location for the train our room faced the front -you are on two main streets and near a hospital so there are constant sirens. This does die down during the night but even through the double glazing you can hear some of them. Our room was quite compact - not sure if you can book larger and had a kettle, cups and some tea but this never got replenished so we only had chamomile left.

Dissapppinted with the room and we can really enjoy our stay there

The location is superb. It is very close to the Metro Station and is located in District 1

The hotel and rooms dont look like in the picture at all. If we know the actual room look like where we stayed then we wouldnt even consider it despite the great location.

Pleasant hotel in great location.

Great location near Jardin de Luxembourg. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. RER station right beside hotel and Metro station a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.

Very basic but interesting location

It’s a good location being at the bottom tip of the garden so it’s a nice walk into saint germaine etc. also not a very touristy local area.

The room was pretty rough. Hot, no air con, opened out into internal courtyard where neighbours were noisy. I thought this may have been normal for Paris given it was my first time but I subsequently stayed in another arrindissement - Batagnolles- and the room there in Grand Chicago Hotel was 100x better for similar money. Aircon, reno, and the area was awesome

Great find for a solo traveler

Location - next door to the Port Royal RER train stop, (yet, a very quiet location) on the line that goes to Notre Dame and the Marais. Lots of good restaurant options in walking distance as well. The room was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the hotel was basic but good. I would stay there again.

Parisian charm at the edge of the Luxembourg Garden

So close to Luxembourg Garden that we saw it from our windows!! Great proximity to all sites and a very short uber ride to the Eiffel Tower!!

Friendly , helpful staff. Very clean hotel, perfectly placed by the RER station, bus stops, local shops and restaurants/bars. Basic but adequate breakfast. All great value for money.

Furniture though stylish was cheap and some of it broken or worn in places- makeshift solutions in bathrooms - visible wood shims and unfinished trim. Super noisy - not soundproof rooms- couldn’t manage the room temperature.

The pictures put on the site did not match! The rooms were ok but again did not match the pictures on site. The site said parking is available on site but there isn’t and is opposite the hotel in a very small space. I did not enjoy my stay the bed was not comfortable and it was noisy.

Great stay!

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The room had everything we needed, and the little elevator was great as I didn't need to carry my heavy luggage up any stairs! I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this place again if I were to visit Paris again.

The bathroom didn't have a drain to drain the water spillage from the shower.

I liked the location and the size of the twin room.

When checking in the receptionist didn’t notify us that breakfast wasn’t included in the price- or actually say much apart from this is your room key and room number. So they charged us for multiple days of breakfast, for the two of us, even though I hadn’t been down to breakfast once during my stay- and my partner had only had it once. They only notified us upon checkout for these extra charges.

lovely area and good hotel

Perfect location, metro outside the door, really nice area full of shops and restaurants just next to Luxembourg Park and walking distance to Notre-Dame. comfortable and clean room, lovely staff and also has a lift. would definitely return!

breakfast not included in the price and it would have cost 14 euro per person - we chose to go to the bakery instead
