    We stayed 12 nights at this hotel , had to request a fridge for the room and a safe ( fridge apparently is a special request , safe required replacement . On day one we went to the city , returned 6 hrs later to find our room door unlocked and held open , no staff around , completely unsecure , I raised this with staff and was fobbed off with “ staff were in the middle of turn down service in our room , I queried this as it was complete bull , I had hidden passports and cash / valuables in the room , expecting ( stupidly ) that the staff and management would care … they did not . Setvice was poor , a smile cost nothing . A benign atmosphere in the sometimes bar , and terrible in room dining service . We’ve been to the USA many times without issue … this hotel was by far the worst hotel by miles that we have ever stayed in . Toast at breakfast is “ unusual” a staff member said , shower head was loose and faulty when we left despite being reported . Room was musty . Avoid this hotel , staff do not care and you are just a number and an annoyance , should you point out any deficiency however large or small … unmotivated , poorly trained staff throughout the hotel .. avoid like the plague

    A great location for exploring or dining in Boston's North End. Convenient overnight valet parking for $60. Rather curious though as Agoda charged me *** for the room but only credited Battery Wharf *** leaving me responsible for "Destinations Fee" and of course state & local fees and taxes. Next time I'll just book with the hotel!

    I have stayed with hotels that require deposits and they always came thru full refund after couple days. Battery wharf hotel requires $100 but then the deposit has not been refunded even after 2 weeks. I hope this is not a scam.. i have been trying to contact them to still fix this. And i will continue to do so until i get my rightful chargeback
