    Excellent location & clean facilities. However, we paid extra for “breakfast to be included” and it still ended up double that cost, for just a “normal main” on the breakfast menu. Will never do that again. Also, no tea bags provided in the room.

    The hotel was wonderful so near to the aquarium and tube that i can basically go anywhere with ease. And the staff put in so much effort to make the marathoners feel welcome and at home. Thank you very much for the hospitality and welcome experience.

    During Boston Marathon Weekend, the hotel staffs are very supportive to all runners, e.g.: set up a table to supply apples, bananas, and energy bars etc., and taking pictures from all runners who are the hotel guests to be organized & displayed in the TV screen at the hotel lobby.

    This is great location in easy reach of most attractions and public transport. But the hotel is starting to look tired and maintenance is poor. All the supposed "breakfast included" is a con. It is, in fact a $25 credit which is below the cost of most things on the menu and you still have to pay the tip and taxes. Not to mention the "resort fee" for northing -- they even ran out of complementary water bottles.
