Was here in April 2025. Got the premium spot on the ground floor with great disability-friendly bathroom facilities. Recently renovated. Has a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee-maker and mini-fridge. Has clean bedsheets. Lots of towels. Separates plastics, paper and trash. Practices environmental sustainability by changing bedsheets and towels every 3 days, though you have may request more frequent changes. Very close to public transportation although it is not reliable on the weekends.

We have stayed here many times and have always been happy. Today however, housekeeping was banging on doors at 9;30 wanting to know when we were leaving. We were in no hurry and felt rushed and to be honest , annoyed that they even asked. There's an 11:00 checkout for a reason

We reserved a king Room and when we went in the bed was broke... Mattress is all old. Front desk lady was understanding about moving us. She walked down to let us choose a room that we liked. We got moved to a double queen room which the beds were not broke but they are old and sink in. Third stay I went down to the office to see if I could get some air freshener for the room. The room had a foot order to it after the humidity from the rain set in. Lady said she would have some machine put in next morning and after I got out of work and got to the room, they never put that machine in there. My reservation was non refundable so I HAD to stay. Lesson learned and I got what I paid for. Unreal lol
