    I returned to the hotel after 8 months and it was simply perfect. We slept in room 2010 including entrance to the club. Excellent breakfast. Excellent and clean service. Highly recommend the pool and spa. For those on a budget, we are located right in the center near the bazaar and the old city.

    My stay here was ruined by a terrible night's sleep. The mattress was outdated, unevenly sagged, and extremely hard. After raising the issue with the hotel the next morning, housekeeping finally sent a staff member to replace the mattress after 10:00 AM. However, following a completely sleepless night, my entire holiday vibe here was thoroughly ruined.The rooms are remarkably mediocre and lack any sense of personality. They feel entirely like a cheap, cookie-cutter business hotel with absolutely zero holiday or resort feel. The swimming pool is situated on the 7th floor rather than the rooftop. While the restaurant offers a decent view, that is literally all it has going for it.I strongly do not recommend this hotel. From an experiential standpoint, the value for money is incredibly low. This place only makes sense if you are here for a business convention—but seriously, who comes to Chiang Mai for a business conference? Avoid unless you have to.
