The hotel is nice, staff cooperative and try their best to serve customers. Food variety is acceptable and good quality. Housekeeping is just ok, the room was clean enough but not shinning.
The photos for the premium room with outdoor hot tub didn’t show well the different angles of the outdoor area. The hot tub is located just so close to the window of many rooms in the higher levels, it was useless as it didn’t provide the luxury of a private hot tub, we were not able to use it despite the premium rate paid for this specific room

Amazing staff, nice rooms.
Only a small, children-crowded-pool in the shadow of the hotel. White furnished bar with little soul. Rooftop looked good in pictures, but not a good hang-out. Poor in-house restaurants. This is a family hotel without nice common areas. Ok if you only need the room, but not the experience one expects at this pricepoint.
