Enjoyed our stay! Great location! Parking can be a little tight for a crew cab pickup, only if other units are fully rented. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights in November. We chose this place because it was ON the river, had a fireplace and a cozy family room to hang out and chill in. This place was perfect for that, and I definitely recommend our unit (C1)
Pros:
- ON the river with a deck, grill and patio chairs
- private and quiet (the river and windows drown out most noise, and we couldn't hear our one neighbor)
- clean
- fireplace
- comfy bed
- large jacuzzi tub in master suite
- large, full kitchen and family room
- reasonably priced
- small, tidy property only minutes from downtown and RMNP
- nice folks at the front desk
Cons:
- interior is dated and could use a refresh
- 2nd bedroom is a loft instead of a complete bedroom (if that matters to you)
- not walking distance from downtown and no shuttle, so you'll need a car
- no amenities on-site (if you're looking for that kind of thing)
- no curtains or blackout curtains to fully block out light, but there are blinds and the location feels very private and private from the road
- confusing to find the entrance and buildings on the property your first time as the signage is hard to see and not lit (both entering the property and for the individual buildings). That said, it's easy to figure out after that, and it's nice to not have a ton of lights everywhere.
