    We were here for graduation week (Ames is a college town with Iowa State University) So being graudation week prices sky rocketed but otherwise its an okay hotel for a normal week price.

    The facility is your best bet at Ames. I think the low rating due to older reviews. Facilities have been upgraded & interiors are fantastic. Super comfortable beds. Very clean maintenance. My only gripe would be no hot breakfast except for waffles. Location can't be beat. Highly recommend you don't miss this place
