    Lovely small hotel in Chiang Mai,breakfast had a good selection and we had lunch one day which was lovely. It should be noted there is no bar/ restaurant service available past 7pm. Also the outdoor swimming pool was good but the water was extremely cold. Would recommend for those with teenagers as the family villa was a very good size.

    More like a family owned hostel, a bit over priced based on the facility and rooms. But i have to say all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
