Clean room and provided much earlier than normal!

The patio door was frozen which could cause a safety concern in the case of a fire. One of our towels had a blood stain on it which happened last year as well. Otherwise it was good.

Staff are wonderful, love the pools and outdoor hottub. Resort is big with lots of lodging options. Love the yoga class on the weekends and bingo! Lots of kids activities too. Music at restaurant at night. Love the coffee shop inside the north hotel.
They also have a skating rink and complimentary skis for cross country, which we didnt do.
