The location and the quiet

Tiffani, and John were wonderful. They bent over backwards to make the stay a great experience. They are located on Lower Cullen Lake, there was a fish cleaning house, that was functional during the winter. It was super quiet, beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was acceptable, it was very clean, easy for my handicapped buddy to maneuver around. They even put a bag of the fish fillets that I caught in their freezer and held them for us for a couple days to take home. It was a phenomenal experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you to everybody for making the winter vacation, a success.
The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was the fact that the continental breakfast only pertain to the weekends during the winter months. It did not say that on the website.

We were told upon arrival that they were not doing breakfast and we were on our own. We were aware that they provided breakfast when we made our reservation. The person checking us in gave us some oatmeal packets, bowls and spoons. The rest of the desk staff was very unfriendly especially the manager who didn't apologize for the lack of information on the web site about breakfast not being available. He was very rude to my husband.
We were the only ones in the lodge with no staff on site at night and the doors were unlocked.
