We stayed 4 nights because of visit to Astrid Lindgrens Värld. And overall conclusion that it is a nice hotel, but we do not understand how it has 4 staff, and you do not get value for money. One of us is in a wheel chair, so it is important with handicap friendly room. Unfortunately the promised bath chair was not available the first night. Staff tried to help, but still not ok as we had written in advance and underlined the need. Furthermore the room was not so well for wheel chair due to a small hallway in the room. And it is placed right next to the common area so a lot of noise from people talking during the evening. The rooms were not too clean, and it was not clear on how to arrange cleaning. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is not well isolated so there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. What is good about the hotel is that there is a nice common area, and it is possible to store food in freezer and fridge. When in car the location is ok when visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld and her fb Staff is friendly and helpful, but we’re puzzled how the hotel has obtained 4 stars.

Just 2 days for a short visit to Småland NE. The hotell was OK, But the buffé on Sunday night was not worth the money. Chargin my car was easy. The location very good.

The only annoyance in the room, which was large enough overall, was the constant supply of cool air via a room ventilation system (not the air conditioning system that can be switched off, this was switched off and in another corner of the room), which could not be switched off. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. With just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel MIA, the abundance of dust bunnies on the floor and snorkels adorning the walls really tied together the 'charm' of the place. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread, although the flies seemed to think the ham and cheese were the main attraction. As for the reception service, they weren't outright rude, but 'friendly' wasn't in their vocabulary that day.

Trevligt familjehotell med bra service. Extra plus för barnbuffe’ och möjlighet till mycket lek. Bekväma sängar och rymligt rum, skönt med aircondition eftersom det var så varmt dessa dagar vi bodde på hotellet. Även att vi kunde gå och svalka oss i badet bredvid. Goda parkeringsmöjligheter. Maten på restaurangen var välsmakande och rikliga portioner. Härligt och positivt bemötande av My i baren, gjorde allt för att vi skulle vara nöjda med mat och dryck. Det enda negativa var att det var lite lyhört. Nu var det inte så hög beläggning, men när det är högsäsong och fler hotellgäster kanske det blir mycket ljud som stör.

Toppen mysigt hotell, med trevlig personal och bra mat, fanns även buffé till barn för billig peng. Super lekplats tätt intill som även hade golf. Utsikten från rummet var inte det roligaste. Så det är det som var minus för mig och lilltjejen

Hotellet var fint och hade en rolig twist med karaktärerna från Vimmerby. Tyvärr fungerade inte värmen på vårt rum och det tog över ett dygn innan det blev löst med ett extra element så första natten var kall. Sedan valde vi detta hotell just med tanke på faciliteterna - vattenpark och lekpark, äventyrsgolf mm roligt för barn, men trots att jag ringde extra och dubbelkollade att detta skulle vara öppet innan jag bokade en extra natt så stängdes det för säsongen dagen innan. En extra semesterdag åt skogen, men hotell-ledningen löste detta fint med kompensation. Vi är därför beredda att ge hotellet en ny chans nästa sommar! Det ligger bra till för ALV och annat i området, är fint och rent och mysigt och hade helt ok mat på restaurangen.
