    Hotel Residence Agnes is absolutely amazing!! No where in the world have I experienced such an incredible level of hospitality and customer care! Their entire staff is focused on making your staff in Prague the very best. Denice & Frank both greeted and welcomed us like long term best guests. Denise met with us to share a map of Prague and point out key sites to see and places to go, she provided restaurant recommendations and offered to make any reservations. Because we had to check out early morning on our last day, they made special arrangements to have breakfast ready 45 minutes earlier than the standard time and Frank personally drove us to our departure point. All this was done with a smile and the most friendly service. We can’t wait to return to Prague just to stay at this amazing hotel again!!

    Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful, not just polite for the sake of it. The location is great very close to Old Town, so getting around was easy. What I appreciated most were the small thoughtful things: when they knew we were going to Prague Castle, they even send us there directly. Those little touches meant a lot. Thank you for making our first trip to Europe such a lovely and memorable one.

    Hotel Agnes is in a great location - on a quiet street but walking distance to all sites in Prague 1. Room is very clean and staff is wonderful. Staff were helpful with luggage, arranging transport to airport, and providing suggestions/directions. Highly recommend this hotel with exceptional value!

    I was a bit disappointed, the room is dark with a small window and the shower cubicle is small and old fashioned. The breakfast is rather basic. I appreciated the free parking. The location is slightly out of the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful.
