    Very nice location, breakfast was awsome. Lots of nearby dining and places for snack and cocktails. Was a beautiful first stay in barcelona.

    2/5 Stars I rarely leave negative reviews, but for a hotel advertised as a 4-star property charging over $***per night, this was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was visible dust and dirt throughout the room, and the hair dryer was covered in what appeared to be accumulated dust and grime that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom also showed signs of poor maintenance, with visible mold and mildew around the shower and corners. I have attached photos because they speak for themselves. The room felt much closer to a budget hostel than a premium 4-star hotel. At this price point, guests should expect a clean, well-maintained room, not one with visible mold and neglected fixtures. The room was also lacking basic modern conveniences. There were no USB charging ports, something that is now common in hotels at this price level, making it inconvenient for international travelers. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast. It was decent with a reasonable selection, but even that was not enough to justify the nightly rate given the overall condition of the room. I expected significantly better from Petit Palace Museum. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, improves housekeeping and maintenance standards, and reaches out with an appropriate resolution. Based on the condition of the room compared to the price paid, I do not believe we received the level of accommodation that was advertised.

    Excellent location, room was comfortable and the bed was excellent. Very good and varied cooked breakfast. Will return. There is no pool, gym, etc and the lobby is a little tired but ab excellent stay regardless
