Yes it was a very nice stay. The hospitality lady named Ayoy was so friendly and kind when I had to changed to a better room. I was traveling alone so she took good care of me! She told me about where to exchange money and made sure I got to the airport with special driver from the hotel. That felt really special and personalized. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality job and it was perfect vacation!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we received two bags full of juice and goodies as a welcome gift. We were allowed a late checkout and free transportation to the airport. The room was clean and had a kettle, 4 bottles of free water/day, coffee, tea, and sugar.
The hotel is only a 10 min walk to night bazaar. It is close to a 7-11 and lots of restaurants and massage places.
We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is my 4th time to stay at the Empress, so I knew what to expect - and again was not disappointed. They service is Great. Breakfast buffet is well rounded, delicious, good variety, fresh and unhurried. Convenient location and great for conferences. They know how to take care of their guests.
