Everything was amazing! The room was icy cold. The only thing I would say is that you can’t access your bed from 8:30-6pm. We got an extra normal room so we can Lounge around in. You have a back area with shower and bathroom and two chairs to sit in from 8:30-6 but it was nice to have somewhere you can sleep in in. But overall amazing once in a life time experience

Arrived a bit late because I drove in from Alta in Norway. And because I went to the Tirpitz museum and spent longer there than I initially thought I would spend there. Room was alright. Really hot, though. Luckily, the front desk gave me a fan, which I then had next to me the entire night. Got a free upgrade, which basically consisted of 2 cans of Loka water, 1 can of Coke and 1 can of Fanta Orange. And a mini bag of Ahlgrens Bilar. Lots of mosquitos in the area, so had to sleep with the windows closed. Bathroom was alright, but space between sink and tap was so small my hands wouldn't fit. Washing my hands was a bit of a pain. The toilet seat was made of wood, but a bit too small. Shower was alright, but the soaps weren't. Also: they were out of shower gel. Breakfast was really early. Which, in turn, allowed me to start my day early and also arrive early at my next location. In all, it was an alright hotel.

I paid $1,200 for one night’s stay for myself and my daughters. The artistry is amazing. However, the service was terrible. Nobody helps you with your bags. Nobody tells you where your room is. Nobody greets you. We had to drag our luggage all over the place trying to guess where our room was. They cater to the tours. They advertise “check in and out” times, which aren’t correct. You can “check in” but cannot take possession of your room until approximately 6pm. You can “check out” at approximately 11am, but you have to be out of your room at 8am so they can clean for tours. When asking for information, we were pointed to a QR Code and told to watch it. The resort was neat to see, but that is a considerable amount of money for one night to not be treated well. Nothing was complimentary, not even coffee in the morning. I would recommend touring the property, but I would not recommend staying. We looked forward to this stay for over a year and were greatly disappointed due to the lack of service.

This was a very fun once-in-a-lifetime experience I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Sleeping in the ice room was cozy inside the sleeping bag. The staff was kind, extremely helpful, and overall I would give this a 10/10 don't miss! Our Ice Menu dinner at the restaurant was incredible and in the top 3 meals we had in Sweden!

We had no idea that the ice bar would be under construction during our stay. The ice part of the hotel is only open until 6 which also was not told. This leaves very little to no activities to do after 6 in this town during this time of the year. Very sad

I stayed during the summer time. Property looks very run down, unkept, an eye sore. The room I stayed in didn’t have a real mattress. The thermostat was locked and couldn’t be changed, and the room was cold. There was mold or mildew in the shower area. Besides the bathroom, the rest of the room was clean as you would expect. Dining at the ice hotel restaurant is very tasty, but very expensive. Hotel is in a remote area with not much else around. The 365 ice art rooms and hotel are very cool to see. Hotel guests get into the ice art rooms for free. Overall an average experience and stay. Maybe it would be nicer during winter. Then again, some of the rooms could use a huge makeover.

All of the staff here are down to earth and very helpful with answering our questions. The warm hotel is simple and clean. I like it being quiet which made our stay peaceful. The location is also close by the waters and nature always is a plus! I can always go back here to experience these one again!

The entry way to the parking lot is not as appealing but when you walk into the property, you will know that it has been kept clean. The staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. It is a great experience to sleep in an ice room even just for one night! At first, I thought we won't be able to make it for the whole night but we slept soundly like a baby! Now I can tell everyone that I enjoyed being here!

Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly. They have 24/7 lobby staff so if you’re having trouble sleeping in the cold, you can sit, relax, and drink free hot lingonberry juice. Highly recommend booking activities eg Sauna Ritual or Ice Carving. It’s nicely centrally located so we walked to the Sámi Museum as well.

We spent several days at the ice-hotel, in the warm rooms, or rather cabins - they have separate bedrooms, a sitting/TV room, and a small kitchen. The cabin was great. The staff were very friendly, but missed to book a restaurant reservation we had asked for, and we also saw them give very wrong information about upgrade costs to another couple. Of the 3 restaurants owned by the ice-hotel, the expensive "veranda" meal was well worth the cost, really excellent, and a fantastic experience. The adjoining standard restaurant also had very good food. The "homestead" restaurant is some 900m away, and very cosy, but the quality of the food varied from very good (chantarell soup, pizzas) to rather poor (fish soup, venison sausage). The lodge also claimed to serve some food (soup, baggette) but had only crisps and snacks when we tried to eat lunch one day. Overall we had a very god vacation though, with skiing and viewing of the remarkable ice-sculptures. Even some northern lights (through the clouds).

The stay in the Icehotel was amazing. It's a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed in the artsuite Cabin in the Woods which was so charming. I was also amazed at how warm the sleeping bags provided keep you. I was not cold at all through the night.

I had an excellent time at the ice hotel ! I stayed in a warm room! The ice rooms were exceptional to visit The hotel also allows you to rent all the required clothing, boots and gear required to do any of the outdoor activities, even if not booked through the hotel. The included breakfast was decent. My only negative feedback is that I had booked pickup from the airport and had not been on the list. I was offered a half apology and advised I must have "fallen off the list". I was lucky enough the bus driver was kind enough to let me join the bus as he was headed there anyway.

Beautiful beyond expectations. Well organized. Limited dining and transportation options given its location but not a issue if mostly staying in and around. Website and booking activities thru' website is very slow and didnt work most of the time. Minor hiccup in airport transfer. There was a pickup person at the airport but he didn't have me on his list despite having pre-booked and paid. But he was kind enough to take me.
