Great pricing and overall good value for money, but the front desk service was terrible. The accommodation itself was good, but the reception staff were completely condescending, inattentive, and unsympathetic when I approached them for assistance.
Instead of actually helping, they led me all around the property despite knowing that their support team was not available. They took their time addressing guest inquiries and seemed far more interested in gossiping among themselves in their native language than providing proper service. While the hotel offers good value, management severely needs to address front desk professionalism and customer service training.

The room is very small, with no room to move around at all if you have two pieces of luggage. The bathroom is small as well.

The hotel and staff were great. The only thing that I didn't care for was the size of the room, it was very small. The staff and huge breakfast made up for the size of the room though.

We stayed here for one night as a base to visit Reykjavik. It was good to have free parking however the actual room wasn’t great. The window opened out onto the next corridor and let in light and noise from other hotel guests. The breakfast didn’t have loads of choice. Fine for a quick stay but wouldn’t spend much time in the actual room itself.
