Nice quite place to stay the night. No second floor, so there was no chance of being disturbed by people walking above you. Clean room, including the bathroom.
I liked that it had a mini fridge so we could put food in it that we brought with us. There was also a separate freezer where I refroze my ice packs over night. Very handy.
I didn't have any food to reheat, but if I had, the microwave would have come in handy.
I did use the coffee pot for coffee in the morning.
I took off a star because honestly, the bed could have been better. It creaked when you moved, and the mattress was kinda hard. My daughter thought the same. I slept on top of the comforter so I had more cushioning.
I was tired, so I slept about 10 solid hours, then woke up to my back hurting a lot. I got up and took tylenol, and moving around making coffee helped relieve the stiffness in my back.
The proprietors were nice people. I guess the motel is owned by a family. The price for the room was fair for my small travel budget.
Overall I would recommend this motel for a short stay. Just bring a mattress topper if you have one, and maybe extra soft blankets to sleep on.
