Outside of the property is dirty and noisy and looks unsafe. But property is safe and good. Staff are nice and always ready to help.

One of the best locations for a hotel in Madrid. Makes it very easy and convenient. Great and helpful staff.

Very near the city centre. Well located for the Metro. Room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. This isn't a deal breaker however. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
