    Staff isn’t very friendly until they get to know you from extended stays. I was at 14 consecutive days when I extended one more night; when I went to check in, they told me I had to check out for 48 hours and go to another hotel if needed before I could rent a room there again. They could have told me this the day before when I checked in that, that would be our last night due to the long visit. My car broke down leaving us stuck there (hence why I had to rent a motel room for so long). I still have not been refunded for that night as it showed as a cancellation on my end., even though it was the motel who cancelled my reservation and did not allow me to go one more night on a reasonable excuse. They were patient at first in allowing us to troubleshoot the issues with my vehicle. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service as I understand the type of people they are usually working with to explain some of the lack in extreme professional but friendly customer service!
