Our toilet would not flush. I sent my 13 year old son down to notify the front office. He was given a dirty plunger & sent back to the room to deal with the issue. We plunged the toilet but we had the same issue within a few hours. We requested maintenance 2 more times, no one ever came. I notified the front desk at check-out, she gave me the managers contact info. I contacted the manger by phone the next day, he very rudely told me he would look into the situation & get back with me. I am still waiting for his response.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to a family with small children. There were random adults hanging out outside all night. Our hotel door did not open or close easilyThe pool was dirty. The plumbing was a huge issue. Staff was not helpful.
