Great hotel very close to the airport, very comfortable and clean, great decor, would stay again.
Reception staff excellent and accommodating - Restaurant staff not so much! Food was great in the restaurant for lunch/ dinner or breakfast but behaviours of restaurant staff could be better/warmer for this front serving role the restaurant staff undertake. Simple things like basic English understanding or letting guests know how the breakfast service was set up/ where to get things and not just assuming people know rather than just taking the room number and ticking you off would be helpful!
In all the staff issues would not put me off staying again. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideal parking on site. Good overnight stop when on route to the south. Dogs allowed in the restaurant (This is unusual for Spain). Good bar, good restaurant and good breakfast.
